The RM of McKillop now accepts e-Transfers and credit card payments for the following:
- Lagoon
- Utilities
- Garbage
- Permits
- Maps
- Landfill
- etc...
There is a maximum of $500.00 per day for credit card payments.
Receipts are available upon request.
Taxes can not be paid with Credit Card, only e-Transfer. Please see below for instructions
Online Banking
Online banking is currently available for those who bank with Affinity Credit Union, BMO and CIBC. Your property roll number will function as your account number.
To pay by Interac e-Transfer:
- Please send e-Transfers to the RM's email address, rm220general@rm220.ca
- In the message field you MUST include:
- Your name or party you are paying on behalf of
- Legal land description
- What are you paying for, for example; taxes, lagoon, garbage...
- Please also indicate if you would like a receipt
Note: Some banks require a Security question or password, however the RM does not require this. You should be prompted to disregard your password after you have filled in your password, please disregard it when prompted.
Other Methods of Payment
Cash, debit, cheque, bank draft or money order.

When mailing payment please indicate if you would like a receipt mailed to you.
Payments may be made in person at the R.M. administration office located at 103 Ashley Street in Bulyea, Saskatchewan.
Office hours are: Monday through Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Open over the noon hour). Closed all statutory holidays.
