Campers and Trailers
Please be advised that the RM of McKillop Council has recently passed a new bylaw regarding the use of trailers. This bylaw permits trailers to be used as a primary dwelling without the presence of a permanent residence, provided that a permit has been obtained, and both Development and Building Permits are acquired after the designated time period.
It is important to note that there can only be one trailer per property at any given time. Multiple trailers on a single property are not permitted, and alternative arrangements should be made for additional trailers.
